Church, Putt Putt, & Shopping!

Sometimes we get so caught up in everything around us that we forget to take a little time for ourselves. Alex and I try to sprinkle fun activities into our days whenever we can. I think many of us become so immersed in our own little corners of Second Life that we forget how many creative, innovative, and just plain fun venues and regions exist across the grid.

Whenever we head out exploring or spend the day adventuring, we try our best to snap a photo or two. We don’t always remember… but when we do, I’ll share them here along with landmarks so you can check out some of the amazing places we discover along the way.

On Sundays (when we remember 😄), Alex and I like to attend Sunday Mass at St. Michael’s Church on Omerta Island. I’ve never been overly religious, but Alex is, and I truly enjoy going with him. Father Costanza delivers wonderful sermons, and the familiar faces we see there each week have become warmly comforting. It’s a peaceful, meaningful way for us to spend time together.

Sunday Mass isn’t the only thing Empire Omerta has to offer. There’s also Vitali’s — a beautiful restaurant featuring the incredible guitar stylings of Joaquin Gustav — along with relaxing spa and meditation sessions with Eva, and so much more.

If you ever get the chance, be sure to stop by and explore all that this wonderful destination has to offer. You just might find your own little favorite corner there, too. Visit Omerta 

The other day we decided to check out the Valentine’s festivities over at Dream Seeker Estates. They’ve got a fun little hunt going on, along with mini golf — which, of course, Alex and I had to try.

Final score: he beat me by ONE stroke (simmer down, perverts! 😂). Though I’m convinced he cheated by making me go first on every hole just so he could study my technique and master it himself. Very suspicious behavior if you ask me. 😏

They also offer beautifully landscaped parcels for rent at amazing prices — and this is actually where Alex and I recently moved! So if you’re looking for a new place to hang your hat, definitely go take a look. And if you stop by, tell them Veronicca Viper sent you 😉 Check them out!

Lastly, swing over to Swank and take your sweetie! There are so many charming Valentine-decorated booths perfect for you and your sweetheart to pose and snap a cute little picture — along with the shopping, which, of course, is my favorite part. 💖
